Chagga Village Tour (Day Trip) : You will be picked up from your accommodation in Arusha in the morning, and we will then transport you to Marangu, which is located in the lush Kilimanjaro hills. You will meet your village guide here, who will first take you to the Chagga Live Museum to learn about the customs of this farming community and the history of the tribe.
Later, as you make your way to the magnificent waterfalls, the guide will take you through coffee and banana farms. He will narrate a tale about the local flora and animals to you along the journey. You will eat lunch here and enjoy the breathtaking view while listening to the boom of the water falling from above. You can also go swimming in the cool waterfall water. You will have the chance to visit a local blacksmith who still forges spearheads the old-fashioned way in the afternoon before we transfer you back to your hotel. In the afternoon, we will take you to the small village of Mamba, which is well-known for its caves, which were once used as a refuge for women and children during war with the Masai tribe.
