Day 1 Nairobi to Masai Mara
Pick up from your hotel in Nairobi or at the airport in the morning and transfer to Masai Mara national Reserve. Our driver guide will meet you at hotel or upon arrival at the airport (but should be in the morning), brief you on 4 days Masai Mara Balloon Safari and we drive to the reserve. We will have a stop at the Great Rift Valley continue to Narok town where we will have little relaxing shopping for African made crafts. After temporal shopping we continue with our drive to the main gate where we clear and drive to our lodge for lunch and refreshments.
In evening after our rest we go for brief evening game drive to search for wildlife like zebras, lions, Rhinos, Elephants and many more. Dinner and overnight at our lodge
Day 2 Masai Mara
This is the day you have been waiting for in your life in our 4 days Masai mara Balloon Safari!!! Starting it with heavy African breakfast then drive Mara River where the migration takes place. Depending on the time of your trip to this reserve, you can catch up with live wildebeest migration if you come around July to August and be one of the eye witnesses of the acton not just reading on documentaries. Millions of wildebeest and thousands of Zebras and other animals cross the Mara River from Serengeti in Tanzania, here we will see the survivor for the fittest while the other land predators like lions, leopards and others are on the entrance and exit waiting to for the same. The full day will be spent in the wilderness as we enjoy the African sun and hot temperatures.
Day 3 Masai Mara (Hot Air balloon)
The day of our 4 days Masai mara Balloon Safari where the title comes from! Wake up call is done early for light breakfast before we are transferred to the balloon starting point. Have great briefing from the senior pilots before setting off to the air to have an eagle eye in the reserve. The activity takes between 2 to four hours depending on the weather after jet down for hot breakfast at the bush before driving back to the hotel with enroute game drive for what we missed or comparing the aerial view of the reserve with the ground view of the reserve. WE have a celebration great one with a toss from aglass of wine as we celebrate the victory of nature catching live action of nature like big cats on a hunt.
In the afternoon go for brief game drive and community walk to the villages experience the best culture in Africa. Dinner and overnight at the lodge
Day 4 Return to Nairobi
After breakfast at the lodge we drive back to Nairobi to catch up with our flight back home. You will be dropped to the airport or to your hotel in Nairobi city.
