10 days Kenya and Tanzania safari is a tour which will start in Nairobi and take you to parks around Kenya such as Lake Nakuru national park and also the famous Masai Mara national reserve for amazing game drives in search of different wildlife species like the big five and many others.
You will also visit the northern part of Tanzania and Explore Serengeti national park for an unforgettable safari around the vast savannah plains during game drives around the destination. The 10 days safari will end with drop off in Arusha.
Day 1; arrival
You will be picked up from the airport in Nairobi where your guide will welcome you for your safari. You will also have a short briefing about your safari and your guide will drive you to your hotel for check in.
You will also enjoy a city tour around Nairobi and later return to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay at Le Maison Royale hotel.
Day 2; drive to Lake Nakuru national park
After breakfast at your hotel, your guide will drive to Lake Nakuru national park. You will enjoy views of the Great Rift Valley and the amazing scenery during your drive. This national park is home to numerous flamingos as well as wildlife species such as giraffes, impalas, elands, buffalos, rhinos, leopards, lions among others.
You will have lunch before your afternoon game drive in Lake Nakuru national park. Your dinner and overnight will be at Zziwa bush lodge
Day 3; transfer to Masai Mara national reserve
On the 3rd day of your 10 days Kenya and Tanzania safari, after breakfast at your lodge you will check out of your lodge and proceed to Masai Mara national reserve. This reserve is known for begin home to numerous wildlife species such as elephants, lions, leopards, buffalos, rhinos, giraffes, hippos, elands, zebras, wildebeests, topis among others.
You will have your lunch at your lodge in Masai Mara national reserve before you engage in an evening game drive. After your game drive, you will be driven back to your lodge for dinner and overnight at AA Mara lodge.
Day 4 and 5; full day in Masai Mara national reserve
You will have your breakfast at your lodge as you prepare to engage in morning and afternoon game drives in Masai Mara national reserve. During your morning game drive in the reserve, you will look out for different wildlife species in the savannah such as elephants, giraffes, hyenas, wildebeests, impalas, topi, leopards, lions, buffalos, gazelles, zebras and many others.
You will have lunch after your morning game drive as you prepare to engage in an afternoon game drive. You will explore the different attractions around the reserve during your afternoon game drive as you look out for the different wildlife and bird species. After your game viewing experience, your guide will drive you to your lodge for dinner and overnight at AA Mara lodge.
Day 6; drive to Serengeti national park
On the 6th day of your 10 days Kenya and Tanzania safari, you will have a very early breakfast and checkout from the lodge. You will be driven to Isebania and from the border, you will meet your Tanzania guide and proceed to Serengeti national park where you will enjoy an enroute game drive to our camp for dinner and overnight Serengeti heritage luxury tented camp
Day 7 and 8; full day in Serengeti national park
After waking up early at your lodge, you will engage in a morning game drive around the destination in search of wildlife species such as elephants, lions, leopards, rhinos, cheetahs, hyenas, wildebeests, zebras, impalas, kudu, dik dik among others.
You will have lunch after your morning game drive around the national park. You will also engage in an afternoon game drive in Serengeti national park and after this experience, your guide will drive you back to your lodge for dinner and overnight at Serengeti heritage luxury tented camp
Day 9; drive to Arusha
You will have breakfast at your lodge in Serengeti national park and you will start your drive to Arusha which takes about 7 hours. You will be driven to your hotel for check in for dinner and overnight stay at Tulia boutique hotel and spa.
Day 10; departure
After your breakfast, your guide will drive you to the airport which will bring your safari to an end.
