6 days Kenya and Tanzania safari is a fun filled wildlife viewing experience which will take place across Kenya and Tanzania and take you to some of the best wildlife viewing destinations like Serengeti national park in Tanzania and also Masai Mara national reserve in Kenya.
You will engage in game drives at different times of day during the safari such as in the morning and in the evening as you search for wildlife species.
Day 1; pick up in Nairobi and drive to Masai Mara
You will be picked up from the airport by your guide who will welcome you and brief you about your safari. After briefing, you will be driven to Masai Mara national reserve and you will have as top in Narok town where you will enjoy seeing local art and crafts and interacting with the locals.
You will be driven to your lodge in Masai Mara national reserve where you will engage in an evening game drive as you explore the reserve and look out for various wildlife species such as lions, elephants, buffalos, cheetahs, leopards, zebras, antelopes and many others. After the game drive, you will return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay AA Mara lodge (midrange), Mitimingi eco camp (budget).
Day 2: Full day at Masai Mara game reserve
After you have had your breakfast and checked out of your hotel in Nairobi city, your guide will drive you to one of the famous destinations in Kenya which is Masai Mara national reserve for an amazing and exciting wildlife viewing experience.
During your drive to Masai Mara national reserve, you will enjoy views of the rift valley escarpment as you drive through Kenya’s scenic highlands. You will have a stopover in Narok town and later proceed to Masai Mara national reserve where you will see different wildlife species grazing in the nearby savannah plains as you continue your drive to your lodge for check in as you prepare to have your dinner and to spend the night at AA Mara lodge (midrange), Mitimingi eco camp (budget).
Day 3: Transfer from Masai Mara to Serengeti National Park
You will have a very early breakfast and checkout from the lodge. You will be driven to Isebania and from the border, you will meet your Tanzania guide and proceed to Serengeti national park where you will enjoy an enroute game drive to our camp for dinner and overnight Serengeti heritage luxury tented camp (midrange), Osinon camps and lodges (budget).
Day 4: Full day at the Serengeti National Park
On the 4th day of your 6 days Kenya and Tanzania safari , After your early breakfast, we shall go for a morning game drive in Serengeti national park and enjoy looking out for the Lions, Thomson gazelles, topi, zebras, antelopes, hippos, buffalos, waterbucks and cheetahs among others in the vast savannah of the national park. you will have lunch after your morning game drive.
You will engage in an afternoon game drive around the kopjes of Serengeti national park such as the Moru kopjes as you look out for more wildlife species. After your game drive, you will return for dinner and overnight stay at Serengeti heritage luxury tented camp (midrange), Osinon camps and lodges (budget).
Day 5: drive to Arusha
After having breakfast at your lodge, your guide will drive you from Serengeti national park to Arusha and drop you off at your hotel where you will check in for dinner and overnight stay at Tulia boutique hotel and spa (midrange), Runako lodge (budget).
Day 6; departure
You will have breakfast at your hotel ahead of your drive to the airport which will bring your safari to an end.
