Tarangire National Park entry fees are the conservation fees (USD53.10) that all guests and driver guides pay in order to access the park. The park fees are pre-paid at the bank in the Account of Tanzania national Park Authority (TANAPA) The Tarangire National Park entry fees is collected and managed by the Tanzania National Park Authority. The park entry fees are valid for 24 hours after checking in the park if you’re staying side the park. If one is staying on the camps outside the park entry fees are valid till the till your exit the park.
Tarangire National Park entry fees are prepaid at the bank before you go to the park. The park Authorities are not allowed to receive any cash at the gate. Like any other Tanzania national park entry fees. You can only pay at the get with the cashless credit card. When paying with credit card you will be charged a surcharge depending on the type of the credit card you are using. After making payments of the park entry fees at the bank you will go with the bank serial number which will be used to clear you at the gate. The fees are to be paid per person per day so you calculate the number of people times the number of days you are going to spend at the park
Tarangire National Park entry fees can be paid in US dollars or Tanzania shillings. Those are the some of the currencies that are allowed for paying the park entry fees across all Tanzania National Parks. After paying your park entry fees you are allowed to do all the park activities that are directly managed by the park authority. The park entry fees exclude the private activities that are done at the park. Some of the park activities that are privately arranged at the park include Hot air Ballkoon Safaris, walking or nature walks, night game drives and others. The activities that are included at the Serengeti park entry fees are: Game drives, birding, visit of Tourist center and others.
Guests must also take note of that Tarangire National Park entry fees can be changed any time without notice. No one should take your cash at the park gate because you will be doing it at your own risks. You also required to have a valid passport and visa that shows your entry to the country. Tarangire National Park entry fees include Value Added Tax (VAT).
All the foreigners pay money in dollars while the East Africans and Tanzania residents pay money in Tanzania shillings.
