3 days Tarangire and Ngorongoro crater safari is a tour which starts in Arusha and involves an exciting wildlife viewing experience in Tarangire national park and also in the Ngorongoro crater.
You will engage in game drives during the safari to Tarangire national park and the Ngorongoro crater as you search for various wildlife species like elephants, lions, buffalos, leopards, rhinos, giraffes, impalas, zebras, wildebeests, waterbucks, hippos, kudu, cheetahs among others.
Tarangire national park is a safari park which is known for the large herds of elephants and the Ngorongoro crater is home to numerous wildlife species including the big five like elephants, rhinos, lions, leopards and buffalos.
Day 1: Pick up and drive to Tarangire National Park
You will pick you up from your hotel in Arusha and you will be welcomed and start your drive to Tarangire national for a game viewing experience. You will engage in an afternoon game drive in Tarangire national park as you explore the savannah plains and enjoy seeing various wildlife species such as the herds of elephants as well as leopards, lions, zebras, buffalos, antelopes, klipspringers among others. After this experience, your guide shall drive you Karatu for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area
On the 2nd day of your 3 Days Tarangire and Ngorongoro Crater safari, after having breakfast early at your lodge, your guide will pick you up and drive you to the Ngorongoro conservation area. You will engage in a tour around the Ngorongoro crater and search for wildlife species such as lions, leopards, elephants, rhinos, buffalos among others.
You will also visit Ol duvai gorge as you tour the Ngorongoro conservation area and you will enjoy seeing include bird species such as flamingos. After the crater tour, you will be driven to your lodge after the game drive for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Departure
On the last day of your safari, you will have breakfast at the lodge, and your guide will drive you to Arusha which will bring your Tanzania safari to an end.
