5 Days Bwindi and Queen Elizabeth safari the mixture of mountain gorillas and rare tree climbing lions of Ishasha.

Day 1: Kampala to Bwindi
After breakfast at your hotel or place of residence in Kampala, our driver guide will meet you. Have little briefing before we embark on long drive to Bwindi Impenetrable NP. The scenic drives takes you through little towns and villages. We have brief stop at Equator for pictures then proceed on our journey to Mbarara where we stop over for our lunch. After lunch we continue with our drive to the park through the Switzerland of Africa . Dinner and overnight stay at either Trekkers Travan Cottages or Gorilla mist Lodge. Meal plan: Dinner
Day 2 : Gorilla Trekking
After breakfast, we drive to the park headquarters for briefing by experienced park rangers of Uganda Wildlife Authority. We move with our a picnic lunch, embark on a trek in search for the Mountain gorillas. The tracking starts at the area where the gorillas spent the previous day. The thrill of spending time with and observing these gentle giant gorillas is a rare, moving, awesome and exciting adventure that will leave us with long lasting memories. It is an unforgettable experience to watch and photograph them as the little ones play and interact. We will have a full hour with the gorillas then return to our accommodation for overnight. Tracking takes between 30 minutes and 8 hours depending on where gorillas last spent their night. Dinner and overnight stay at either Trekkers Travan Cottages or Gorilla mist Lodge. Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
Day 3: Bwindi to Queen via Ishasha
Morning drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park through Ishasha sector, this area is famous for tree-climbing lions. We will enter to the park in the mid-morning time and start our game drive underneath the huge fig trees. We will be looking for the rare tree climbing lions and other game like Elephants, buffaloes, topis,hyenas, gazelles and many more. Continue to the inside part of the park for our late lunch and relaxing. There after we shall go for an afternoon boat ride on the Kazinga Channel believed to host the largest concentration of Hippos in Africa, a variety of migrant birds, we may have a chance to see a variety of other animals as they come to the channel for water. Diner and overnight stay at either Mweya safari (High end facility), Ihamba Safari Lodge (Mid range facility) or Bush Lodge Bandas/Tents (Budget facility) .
Day 4: Morning Chimpanzee trekking and afternoon Game drive
Morning go for chimpanzee trekking in Kyambura Gorge which will take four hours then later drive back to the lodge for the lunch and rest. After lunch we embark on evening game drive through Kasenyi tracks and Kob mating grounds in search for lions, Elephants, Buffalo, Hyena, Giant Forest Hogs, and other game, we have a chance for a variety of savannah birds. . Dinner and overnight stay at either Mweya safari (High end facility), Ihamba Safari Lodge (Mid range facility) or Bush Lodge Bandas/Tents (Budget facility) . Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
Day 5: Morning game drive and drive to entebbe
After morning cup of coffee, go for game Drive for three hours then drive back to Entebbe for your flight
Our package prices include Park entrance fees in all game parks and protected areas mentioned in the itinerary, vehicle hire with fuel and driver guide, boat cruise, Queen Elizabeth, Guided nature walks and Ranger guide fees where required Chimpanzee and Gorilla permit
Not included in our package prices are tips, drinks, personal insurance, fishing, anything not included in the itinerary. Also not included things of personal nature, e.g. laundry, communication e.t.c.
