6 days Tanzania balloon safari is a tour which will start in Arusha before you begin an amazing safari experience in Tarangire national park where you will encounter large herds of elephants and many other animals. You will also take part in a hot air balloon safari in Tarangire national park and also in Serengeti national park.
During the tour, you will also visit the Ngorongoro crater and engage in a drive around the crater floor. The 6 days Tanzania tour will end with drop off in Arusha.
Day 1; pick up in Arusha and drive to Tarangire park
You will be picked up from Arusha or the airport early in the morning and you will start your journey to Tarangire national park. You will engage in a game drive in Tarangire national park and search for wildlife species like elephants, buffalos, giraffes, antelopes, cheetahs and many others.
After the game drive, you will be driven to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2; hot air balloon safari and drive to Karatu
On the 2nd day of your 6 days Tanzania balloon safari, You will start the balloon safari at the Nyuki camping site and you will enjoy aerial views of the Tarangire River and also enjoy seeing wildlife species such as elephants among others. After the hot air balloon safari, you will have breakfast overlooking the plains in the park.
Your guide will meet you after the hot air balloon ride and you will have an enroute game drive and proceed to Karatu where you will spend the rest of the day.

Day 3; drive to Ngorongoro for crater tour
After a having breakfast at the lodge, you will be driven to the Ngorongoro crater where you will visit the world’s largest in-active caldera and also enjoy the beautiful views around the crater.
You will take part in a game drive around the Ngorongoro crater after descending about 600 meters into the crater and search for wildlife species such as cheetahs, wildebeests, zebras, antelopes, leopards, lions, buffalos, kudu and many others, including the famous African big five. During a tour around the crater, you will also enjoy seeing flamingos as well as other wildlife species. After the game drive, you will be driven to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4; drive to Serengeti national park
On the 4th day of your 6 days Tanzania balloon safari, After an early breakfast at your lodge, your guide will drive you to Serengeti national park where you will take part in more wildlife viewing in the endless savannah plains.
After having lunch, you will engage in an afternoon game drive as you search for wildlife species in the savannah plains such as the big five like elephants, lions, leopards, buffalos, rhinos and also enjoy the beautiful scenery such as the kopjes where lions can be seen as they watch their prey. You will proceed to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5; hot air balloon and afternoon game drive
You will wake up early at the lodge and set out for a hot air balloon safari experience. After a short briefing, you will take part in a balloon ride over the savannah plains of Serengeti national park and enjoy seeing various attractions as well as wildlife species.
After the hot air balloon safari, you will take you on a morning game viewing experience around the vast savannah plains of Serengeti national park where you will look for wildlife species like the big five and also wildebeests, hippos, elands, impalas, kudu, waterbucks, zebras, gazelles, giraffes and predators and after the game drive, your guide will drive you to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6; departure
On the last day of the safari, you will have breakfast and your guide will drive you to Arusha where you will be dropped off at the airport or hotel in Arusha which will bring the tour to an end.
