7 days Kenya and Tanzania culture and wildlife safari is a tour which starts in Arusha town where you will enjoy a cultural experience and interact with the Maasai of Tanzania. You will also explore the Ngorongoro crater and Serengeti national park during the safari.
During the 7 days safari, you will also visit the Masai Mara national reserve in Kenya and enjoy game drives as you search for various wildlife species like elephants, lions, leopards, rhinos and buffalos among others. The Tanzania safari will end with drop off in Nairobi.
Day 1; arrival in Arusha and Maasai cultural tour
Your guide will pick you up from the airport and welcome you for your safari. You will also have a short briefing and after this, you will be driven to your hotel for check in. Depending on your time of arrival in Arusha, you will engage in a tour around Arusha where you will interact with the Maasai and get to know more about their culture and way of life and later return to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2; drive to Ngorongoro crater
On the 2nd day of your 7 days Kenya and Tanzania culture and wildlife safari, After having breakfast at your hotel in Arusha, your guide will drive you to the Ngorongoro conservation area where you will visit the Olduvai gorge and later engage in a game drive along the crater floor where you will look out for various wildlife species such as elephants, lions, leopards, buffalos, hippos, waterbucks, wildebeests, zebras, impalas, cheetahs and many others.
You will also enjoy seeing various bird species during your tour around the Ngorongoro crater and after the game drive; your guide will drive you to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay at Eileen’s tree inn.
Day 3; Ngorongoro to Serengeti national park
On the 3rd of your 7 days Kenya and Tanzania culture and wildlife safari, Your breakfast will be served at your lodge and you will start your drive to Serengeti national park for more game viewing experiences. You will explore the savannah plains and woodlands of Serengeti national park in search of wildebeests, elands, giraffes, waterbucks, impalas, zebras, cheetahs, lions, kudu, lions, leopards and many more.
After your game drive, you will be driven to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay at Osinon camps and lodges.
Day 4; full day in Serengeti national park
After early breakfast at your lodge, you will explore the central part of Serengeti national park in search of wildlife species as you engage in morning and afternoon game drives.
You will search for the big five around Seronera as well as other wildlife species around Serengeti national park as you enjoy a true wilderness experience at the destination. after lunch you will engage in another game drive and later you will be driven to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay at Osinon camps and lodges.
Day 5; drive to Masai Mara reserve
You will start your day with breakfast at your lodge in Serengeti national park and your guide will drive you to the Isebania border where you will be met by your guide in Kenya who will welcome you and you will start your journey to your lodge in Masai Mara reserve for check in and dinner and overnight stay at AA Mara lodge.
Day 6; full day in Masai Mara reserve
You will have a full day to explore the Masai Mara reserve after breakfast at your lodge and you will start with a morning game drive in search of the man y wildlife species at the destination such as elephants, lions, leopards, rhinos, buffalos, hippos, giraffes, cheetahs, waterbucks, antelopes among others. After your lunch you will engage in another game drive around Masai Mara and later return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay at AA Mara lodge.
Day 7; departure
After breakfast at your lodge, your guide will drive you to Nairobi with a stop in Narok where you will interact with the Maasai and later continue to Nairobi for drop off at the airport or our hotel in Nairobi which will bring the tour to an end.
